Join Carly for a 90-minute yoga class designed specifically for cyclists of all levels- from beginners and home stationary riders to seasoned outdoor cyclists. Through a fun, energizing flow, you’ll build core and leg strength to improve balance and endurance on the bike. We’ll also focus on recovery techniques to help release tight hips and hamstrings, ease back pain, and keep your body feeling strong between rides.
Great for all levels, no yoga experience necessary!
